Hello! I'm Sahil. I like people and ideas. After formal education in nanotechnology and electrical and computer engineering, I've mostly worked at building education technology products, most recently focusing on human-in-the-loop as well as agent-based AI systems.
I love startup environments, and find myself in my element at the intersection of product and technology. I have experience leading teams at the boundary of process and chaos, moving fast using data from controlled experiments and utilizing empathy as well as a theory of change to solve problems for users. I have a penchant for slicing solutions to optimize for maximum satisfaction with minimum effort, after which I like to use C1-C3 of the C4 model to describe the system design.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, tinkering, playing soccer, and paragliding. I also aim to clear the learning stages of improv and kitesurfing.
